This is a casing for a temperature sensor using the BMP280 and the E104-BT5040U.
More information on how I use these temperature sensors can be found on https://tbnk.nl/posts/tempsense1/
The board and sensor were bought here:

And soldered together using a bit of flatcable
The casing should be a snap fit.
