Robber Screen

This is a 6"x6" robber screen that allows the house bees easy access from the top but deters robbers who try to enter next to the hive entrance where the smell is most concentrated. The holes are 3mm which will keep out small hive beetles unless they can find the 3/8"x1" opening on top; there is also a small lip on the opening to encourage the hive beetles to go around the opening and not climb up and over. There may be others of similar design, but I did not go looking for one, so my apologies if this design closely matches any others.
