Rocket Launch pad

This is a launch pad for the great Soda Bottle Water Rocket (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1794341). This will allow for the rocket to be stable during launch - especially if you put something heavy on the pad itself (rock or the likes). It will also allow room for the pump - I have a quite large bike pump that needs the extra room underneath the rocket.
