Round Hygrometer Alarm Clock Case

I wanted a retro alarm clock styled case for my cheap round hygrometers.



It can be used as a tabletop standing or magnetically mounted on a fridge door or something.



Use a clipper and cut the stand part from the bottom (see the photos), insert the stand part into the small holes in the back.

Or alternatively you can bend back the included stand part without cutting and use the case as is and call it a day.





Two 5x3 mm neodymium magnets are used for fridge mounting. All the magnets are friction fit. But you can use glue for the magnets if the fit is loose.

A bottom hole is added for straight mounting purposes or insert a third magnet for using on a steel pipe or rod mounting.


There are lots of variations for these round hygrometers with slightly different diameters, so unfortunately you might end up scaling up the model for a better fit.


NO brim, NO support just print the model as is with 0.2 mm layer height.
