ROUND SNAP LOCK KNOBS - IMPERIAL SOCKET CAP SCREW

This is a set of round knobs for use with imperial sized socket cap screws. These are quick to print and simple to use. Simple tap the screw it - no need for glue or epoxy.The perimeter of the opening where the screw is inserted has a number of ridges that lock in the screw. You will need a mallet or other tool to tap in the screw.The knobs are for imperial sized screws no. 8, no. 10, 1/4 , 5/16 and 3/8.The knobs were sized for standard screws. There is a an allowable range of tolerances for screws so you may need to shrink or expand the knob in the slicer. I suggest you print a sample to test fit. 3D printing The model requires little to no support when printing and a print profile is included.
