Hello friends, I’ve designed this simulator panel based on the Cessna 172 cockpit. My design includes both analog and digital versions, with the digital version utilizing Garmin-style glass cockpit panels. During the design process, I followed DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles to make sure it's easy to build. However, I highly recommend reviewing all the steps before moving forward with the construction plans. Be sure to carefully check the sheet joints and overlapping edges during your review. This panel was built using the following technologies: Vacuum forming of ABS sheets Laser cutting of 1–3 mm metal sheets Pad printing (to the best of my knowledge) If you're interested in collaborating, feel free to contact me on WhatsApp at: +98 935 428 6576 Note: I designed this panel in a long format, unlike the newer, more compact digital models. The reason is to accommodate a specific force-feedback yoke that can easily be sourced from China. I recommend sourcing and modeling all parts—such as the Garmin displays and switches—before starting the assembly. Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to all components at the time, and this project goes back quite a while. That said, if you're interested in collaborating, I’d be happy to work together at a reasonable cost.
