Serrated Interlock

I created this to be a component I can reuse for various other pivot joints I wanted to play with to provide me a large number of locking position for the joint. As you scale up to will likely want to keep the same scale on the teeth but increase the number of teeth unless you need to deal with heavier loads. This was a first test that I got a comfortable lock with a bolt and wing nut I was using.
