This is a pointer needle that attaches to a servo motor to act as a gauge or meter indicator. It is intended for electronics projects or experiments, like with *Arduino* or *Raspberry Pi* sensor indicators, where the servo acts as an analog visual indicator of fill level, temperature, position, or any other indication of a sensor value reading.
This needle is designed and sized for the ever-popular **Tower Pro Micro Servo 9g (SG90)**. I imagine it could be scaled for other servo horn sizes.
The needle has an recess on the bottom for the single-arm horn from the servo. The needle can be glued onto the horn with a spot of super-glue or hot glue, etc. There are two versions included here, one that completely covers the servo horn, and one that has a hole to allow the horn's screw to be installed onto the horn after mounting the glued assembly onto the servo.
I print this without supports, and most prints are fine. Your printer must be able to bridge a gap (the servo horn rec
