Simple Headset Stand

From scratch design that provides a simple 2 piece design needing just a small M2x10 or similar screw to hold the top to the base.

I recommend using Ironing to make the make the base top nice and smooth.

** The base could in principle be shrunk 10% vertically without significant impact to the integrity of the stop screw hole.

The base is surprisingly stable as the centre of gravity is over the middle of the central column and low down due to the hanging nature of the design and the drivers sitting around 30% of the total height.

Print at 200C and 60C plate temp for 1st layer then can turn down the plate temp if you wish to save power.

This build needs good plate adhesion due to the height, this means it can stick a little at the end of the print. WAIT for the build plate to cool before removing.
