It's just a simple oscillation disk I'm using for a reciprocating assembly that has 2 different stroke lengths.
STL included, I used Fusion 360 and it should be easily modified to add or change hole spacing and sizes.
4" / 101.6mm dia disk
.25" / 6.35mm holes
Hole spacing from center- 1.343" / 8.712mm and 1.125" / 3.175mm
