Simple parametric lid

I needed a lid for my wife's Vitamix Foodcycler bucket. Vitamix was out of stock so a bit of OpenSCAD and some TPU and I have my own. I thought about adding a pull tab on the edge, but maybe I'll do that in a future version. For now it works great as it is.

If you use a harder plastic I would recommend expanding d1 of the second cylinder from the union to reduce the thickness of the seal edge. Something like inDiam-4 would give you a 2mm ledge to lock around the lip of the container top. It's all adjustable though. Just read through the code and hopefully it makes sense.
