Simple visor, aimed for COVID use. Uses readily available A4 'Over head transparency' or photocopier film for the shield and a standard A4 4 hole hole punch pattern for mounting.
It's a bit more rigid than some existing designs and braces the brow guard off the head-strap for extra strength, as a trade off it's not as quick to print as some other designs. It is also designed to fit on a slightly smaller print bed than some other designs, it needs approx 139x199mm.
The initial prints have been done with minimal supports under the shield mounting pegs. The headband is intended to be constructed from elastic webbing with appropriate holes cut in it, although rubber bands works fine. I printed it with default PLA settings on my print utility.
***Update V3 includes tabs that improve the rigidity with more flexible transparency films by adding a slight bend at the edges, see 3rd image.
