The simplest hinge I could make with easy to set dimensions, based on hole distances. This way it can fit both your available hinges and the holes setup in your solid model. To mate to model, 1) mate hinge surface of one plate 2) mate the holes. 3)make the hinge Assembly flexible. 4) open the hinge and mate the rest of it.
