Use a scraper to separate the layers. Use 100% concentric infill for at least the spiral part. I used it for the hand to give it some weight. The layer height should be set to the minimum value. This profile uses a 0.15mm layer height to balance precision and print time. You don’t want to go much larger; the smaller, the better. You need to use support for the hand. After separating the layers, use tweezers to break the supports off.
