Spektrum SLT2 Throttle Stop

Manual throttle stop for the Spektrum SLT2 radio. I created this file to help my 3 year old learn throttle and steering control for his first time driving RC. This limits the throttle movement by about 50%. Combined with the electronic throttle switch on the radio, it allows for extra "slowing down" to help kids learn before turning up the speed.
