Design of cast aluminum spindle assembly with steel shaft 25mm and bearings 6205 size. This spindle design matches OEM designs from several leading lawn mower producers like Toro 4200. Spindle fits a pulley with 5in diameter and 0.5in belt width. Output shaft includes MALE 7/16-20 thread size. Pulley end of shaft has FEMALE 5/8-18 thread. As of July 3 2026: design is created with no measurements. Dimensions are estimated and to be updated from parts measurements next week!
