This will replace the pin on the toe ladder strap of a Spark R&D Arc, Surge or Burton Hitchhiker splitboard binding. The pin that comes with the ladder strap has a tendency to fall out with regular use when taking the binding on and off a splitboard. The ladder strap can also easily slide out in certain scenarios if it's not ratcheted to the other side of the strap.
I added a small amount of material on the end of the part that fits into the roll pin which prevents the toe ladder strap from falling out.
I used PLA and it worked fine in single digit temps, it should also be fine to print in ABS, PETG or Nylon. It's a small part so I recommend using the thinnest layers possible and printing at 100% infill.
