With the arrival of spring, new weather and the outdoors becoming friendly again, it's time to go outside and enjoy nature. Several activities are available to us, including taking care of our plants that just need to be replanted. This is why we wanted to recreate a link between users and their plants by creating a project that harmonizes light and nature. So, the goal of the project was to create a plant support that would integrate ambient light to combine the useful with the pleasant. Our approach for this project was to create a floor lamp that could be placed in any environment and harmonize with any aesthetic. In addition, we wanted it to be easily splittable so it could be used as a lamp and as a plant pot separately. We set out on an ideation basis by the sketch to look for different type of shape, positioning of the main elements and also desired textures.
