Spool_customizable

I did start with the Spool from
creuzerm (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:28902).
But in my special case the problem was the binding in change of border and slope at one value. I needed to select both values independently to replace a broken old one.

So here is my example version of the spool.
You could select at customizer the following values:
outer diameter (stl => 65mm)
inner diameter (stl => 45mm)
height over all (stl => 85mm)
height of border (stl => 4mm)
heigth of slope (stl => 4mm)
hole diameter (stl => 20mm)
