Spool Roller 4

After my [previous attempt](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:33573) at a universal spool roller, and other tries that may be uploaded someday, I was recently inspired by the one [Kodama made](https://ksr-ugc.imgix.net/assets/018/824/014/a48f7d6fe9d6a661dd81d27065749c67_original.png?w=639&fit=max&v=1508411753&auto=format&lossless=true&s=da3009ff465f4f46fe24590d37cbecd3). Thinking about "how can I make it" lead to this one.

Print twice each parts
Add 4 bearings (standard 608).
Everything should snap-fit.
