Stack FPV Camera Mount

A mount for FPV micro cams (19mm) to put on 30x30mm stacks. Should keep most lenses completely protected, at least that's the case for the Micro Eagle I'm using it with.

Broke my regular 4" frame and had a [RFX160](https://www.banggood.com/Realacc-RFX185-RFX160-4mm-Carbon-Fiber-FPV-Racing-Frame-w-5V-12V-PDB-XT60-Supports-4-5-Inch-Prop-p-1084776.html) lying around that I didn't use because the way the camera is mounted is horribly fiddly, bloated and fragile. Printed this instead and now it looks super clean and tight, and while I haven't had any huge crashes I have crashed a dozen times with this and it's pristine so far.

Uploaded the OpenSCAD file as well if anyone wants to adjust due to tolerances or what-have-you. :)
