I've created on this stackable poker chip design to be as thin as reasonably possible, while giving it a sense of weight. No supports or AMS are required, the top and bottom clip into the centre piece for easy assembly The centre piece accepts a 5 cent coin, while not necessary I recommend adding them to give each chip some extra weight.
