Stratocaster knobs for 0.235" pots

Adapted to fit the replacement pots I bought from Stew Mac that had 0.235" diameter with different knurling.

Expanded the shaft hole to 6mm
Increased overall height to 16mm

I also changed the faces to have a simple V and T from the original Volume/Tone as I found the letters didn't resolve too good with my Ender3 Neo.
