A strong and simple carabiner like clip with a threaded nut to reinforce the structure and keep your cordage from slipping out.
Example use: Attach a dog walking leash to a belt around your waist.
Tested strength by hanging a 25 pound dumbbell from it and it succeeded to hold the weight.
If it's too tight to thread, try printing the optional 8mm nut, uploaded here, instead.
