Super7 ThunderTank Tracks

The stock rubber tracks are a bit too stiff and do not turn well.
These hinged tracks roll correctly due to the hinges.

They are pictured here in PETG with 2 links in TPU. The STL file works for either. I assume you can print them all from TPU if you can. Print the flat side down to the bed. Grooves up.

You only need 52 links, to make the 30 inch (762mm) track.

The links are sized to fit pins made from paper clips (just unfold and straighten them).
The outer holes are an interference fit. To make inserting the pins easier, I cut the pins to half the width of the track and inserted them from either side.
