Surgical mask efficient holder

Hi, guys today I bring you a simpler surgical mask strap holder.
I have seen several designs but some still pretty cumbersome to use, therefore I have made one that can be attached easily to one strap, and then when it is used it only takes 3 seconds to take off and the holder can be left with the mask.
