The TaskFlow-System is a completely modular organization system for visually structuring, planning and clearly tracking your tasks, projects or simply creating flexible lists.
Based on the Kanban principle, vertical columns represent steps in your workflow, while each task is written on a TaskChip and moved through the columns to track your progress.
The whole system is designed to be fully customizable to your exact needs. Whether you need more slots for TaskChips, want different steps in your workflow or need to sort your tasks into categories – no problem.
▶ Creative Use Cases
Here are some ideas and tips I had during my whole design process, but I am betting you’ll find even more:
- Tracking your daily ToDos
- Assigning and organizing chores with family or roommates
- Planning your weekly schedule or workout routine
- Tracking the status of your projects
- Creating flexible wish & shopping lists
- Using colored
