Print at small layer height like 0.14mm for best quality
I print them with 1mm wall thickness, 1mm top-bottom thickness, 20%infil, NO SUPPORT.
Scaling: 97% for my printer. You might want to try different scaling factors to find the best "snap on" experience matching your printers accuracy.
