TEST ACE pro

Description This is a filament change test tile (often called a "filament swatch" or "multi-color test tile"). It is a flat, square object internally divided into four distinct sections. What is it used for to test the ACE? The primary purpose of this piece is not aesthetics, but rather to verify the mechanical and software performance of the loading system: Color Bleeding Test: This checks whether the transition from a dark color (such as purple or green) to a light color (white or yellow) occurs cleanly. If the flushing settings are insufficient, the white may appear dirty or faded. Retraction/Load Reliability: To print this piece, the ACE must perform numerous filament unloading and loading cycles. It's an excellent stress test to see if the system jams or if the sensors are correctly detecting the transition of different materials. Material Adhesion: Even if you typically use the same type of plastic (e.g., all PLA), this test confirms that the different colors blend well together at the lateral seams. First Layer Calibration: Being a short and wide piece, it allows you to immediately see if the build surface is properly leveled for all the colors involved.
