This is an adjustable packer for gaps between 76mm and 146mm
The purpose is to be able to fix a given object at a desired distance (the packer fills the gap) then a metal screw or bolt fixes the thing in place.
I'm printing this as a write so this is currently untested (proceed at your own risk) i will make changes if necessary and reupload
