Tiny Train - 2023 Vendicar Decarian - Placed into the Public Domain - Dec 2023
OpenScad Script provided
The SCAD file provided along with the .stl files
are a model for a tiny train, children's toy, similar in shape to the OpenScad
tiny train by Torsten Paul 2019.
His model code was 44 lines ling.
This model is considerably longer almost 600 lines.
The complexity arises from different model options scaling and the need to
break the file into parts in order to minimize support structures and to
produce alignment surfaces so gluing the parts together is very easy.
For ease of operation use the OpenScad customizer to set the various model
features with sliders and buttons.
The model can be scaled, from 100% which spans a 220 mm print bed to 1/4 scale.
Scaling to 50% has been tested.
Scaling brings with it issues however. When scaled some features become
impossible to print, and impossible to handle even if they could be printed.
The cab whistles are such
