Toe protector / toe shield / toe splint

*works well stitched to the outside of a slipper instead of as an insert*

Mom's got a broken toe and my 50 lb dog keeps stepping on it & re-breaking it, so I needed something she could put into a slipper to protect her.
Couldn't find anything that fit the bill, so I modified the front of the shoe by cutting it up & elongating to cover a bit past the break.
I lightly filed & razor bladed the interior edges but overall didn't need much print clean up.

The dog did step on the toe protector multiple times after slipper-installation and it didn't break, crack, or deform :)
