Tool Concept

This concept may not qualify for the competition so I thought It would be best to check before spending too much time on it. This tool is for modifying the rim, reducing the size of the lip. I believe this technique is used by some professional dirt bike riders for making tyre changes easier. Tyres can be removed with only the use of spoons as leavers and can sometimes be fitted using only bare hands. The rim may also need to be drilled so that the tyre can be secured using short self-tapping screws. If you think this is a valid concept, I will develop it further.
