Simple stackable toolbox.

Those small drawers wont stack on top of another freely unfortunately, you need to glue/weld them in place one on top of another or use as standalone units. Very simple idea, no need for any support (there are small build into model supports for small ledges on bottom).

Also you can screw them in place if you wish as they have screw holes (tapped already :D),

Design to eat as little filament as possible while being still strong enough to handle.

Just print it and you are good to go. You can size it up or down in slicer but I would not go lower than 75% size due to walls thickness.
