Trophy

My customer wanted a cheap customized star of the year trophy to use for their year-end function. So I came up with this easy to make and assemble trophy.
I used 3mm extruded plastic for the back and the front to give it a "glass effect" The green star is the Company's colors also in a 3mm perspex.
The Gold, silver and black inserts are 2mm laserable Romark black on gold, black on silver and white on black.
I only used glue for the stand on 3mm solid perspex and glued the assembled trophy into the stand
The "brackets" are also clear extruded plastic and clamps the trophy together. It clamps tight enough so no glue is needed.
If you use a different thickness of material, you will have to adjust the size of the bracket and also the cut in the stand
