Typebar Bending Tool

This is my attempt at creating a typebar bending too. This is used to adjust the vertical alignment of typebar. As this is a work in progress, I haven't tested the functionality yet. I've included a STEP file and I encourage you to tinker with it too! Together we can make this tool widely available to everyone.
