Updated GPIO panel based on the ThomasTyndan remix of the Evan Meaney remix of the Jay Doscher design.
Changes only include new spacing for mounting screws of panel mounted usb and RJ45 tethers found on amazon (iGreely brand). Holes are now 27mm center to center. Additionally, I added some labels to the 3 adjacent usb ports to keep track of 2.0 and 3.0 ports.
