UV Curing Station

This project is inspired by the amazing "Photon-inspired resin print curing chamber" made by Depronized and the platform and gears have been reused and remixed from that design.

But the rest of the design is made by me.

Mechanical:

The enclosure should ofcourse be printed with an FDM machine (I used a Prusa i3 MK3S).

The parts "encoder-wheel-35mm", "start_button" and "stop_button" are designed to be printed using a resin printer (I used an Anycubic Photon). Shrinkage may vary depending on the resin used, but there are some tolerances added so padding or shims might be needed to fit those parts.

The windows of the top cover and the control panel cover is made from 3mm acrylic sheet stock. The drawings can be found in the "acrylics.zip" file.

I have added the Fusion360 Archive file so it is possible to modify this design/remix it.
