Variable Driven Threaded Fastener

I am currently working on external/internal threads and decided to make a variable driven threaded fastener. According to my reference material, these threads are in accordance with American National Standard Unified inch threads using the basic profile. Take a look and let me know if any measurement or geometry is wrong. Using this as an educational tool.
