I use this tool for reaching geocaches when I am unable to climb or reach it otherwise-
I have made several tools that accomodate the M8 - changing tools as needed for the task (see pictures).

Updated files has less depth for M8 nut to make it flush/just above the edge. This will prevent bolt to crash into the printed M8 slot sides.
