I needed a 12 Volt fan for the Skylight of my camper to circulate air at night, but all standard RV solutions used a lot of power and made a lot of noise. I had some Quiet fans laying around from another project and they where very cheap (< $3 each, when bought in bulk, like 50 or 100 Pc).
