Ventilator Prototype

This is a prototype for a printable breathing ventilator. This is only covering the pump and valve portion and all the power, electronics, and programming are at the discretion of the maker. Also, this has had only the bare minimum of testing and development, this project is not mature enough to trust someones life to it. This is for educational purposes only.

Do not attempt forced ventilation without the supervision of a medical professional.

- (1X) NEMA 17 motor and associated electronics
- (1X) GT2 timing belt,6mm wide, ~500mm
- (1X) GT2 timing belt pulley, 20 teeth
- (2X) GT2 timing belt idler pulley, 5mm bore
- (2X) 8mm hardened guide rod, 430mm minimum
- (2X) 8mm hardened guide rod, 100mm
- (7X) 8mm linear ball bearings, LM8UU
- (1X) Silicone rubber sheet, shore A65, 6in X 6in X 1/16in or similar
- (1X) Buna-N O-ring cord stock, 70A duro, .139in dia, ~1000mm (or (2X) 2-251 O-rings)
- (1X) Neoprene adhesive foam tape, 1/2in X 1/8in thick, ~650mm
