VERSION ONE VARIABLE DRIVE

This is my first remix that combines two GrabCAD models into one unit. The smaller keyed shaft shall be affixed to the engine input and it leads to the sun gear. The larger keyed shaft on the opposite side is affixed to the planet carrier and the output. The ring is affixed to the housing, and the housing begins to counter-rotate relative to the planet carrier, but it is impeded by the one-way freewheel clutch. Thus, the housing begins to co-rotate with the input, but can overtake the input in rotational speed. Bolts affix the outer ring of the one-way clutch to the housing (not shown.) Patent pending.
