Wall/Ceiling Access Panel

I remodeled my basement, and in the new design, the water shutoff value for the garden hose was above sheetrock in a ceiling joist void. I designed this simple two part access panel insert and lid to fit neatly into a hole cut by a 4 inch hole saw.

The lid has a small slot for use with a penny or dime to make to make it easy to rotate the lid for locking and unlocking.
