On the Internet, I saw an interesting tire and thought about its structure. Now under construction.
Some metal springs were used. The diameter of the stainless steel wire is 0.6 mm, the winding diameter is 8 mm and the length is 16 mm. In PLA, no springiness could be expected.
The design is currently underway.
The connection to the motor should be made with a machined metal long nut.
