Just a little something I designed in Tinkercad for my watch to sit on.
I didn't like any of the ones that I could find. This works great for my watch and the band slips really easily inside the back clip and keeps it looking neat and tidy.
My watch is 45mm x 45mm and fits snug.
Height is 120mm and width at the widest point on the base is 83mm.
If you print at 0.12 you shouldn't need supports, I didn't.
I only used 20% infill but you could always up this if you want more weight in the base.
