Hi there,
I recently planted 15 different plants and needed a solution for soaking the seeds into water for 24h to accelerate germination. Usually they only need little water, so I kept these cups small. To keep them apart, you can make small flags out of wooden sticks (3mm diameter). Put them in the small holes on the top and reuse them when planting.
