Wind Direction pointer

I needed an arrow to use on a Compass Rose to show wind direction for use in games like Mantic's Armada or Warlord's Black Seas.

I have removed the text, made it more 'pointy' and added an extra hole to allow the arrow to be held in place on the rose by 2 pins.
