Window Ledge Guard

My daughters new puppy loves to look out my windows…..while snacking on my window ledge trim. This is a very simple item I came up with to attach to the ledge and protect what is left of it. The pieces fit together with pegs and I add a few drops of super glue between them for extra strength but it isn't needed. I attached mine to the ledge with 3M command strips so they are easy to remove. The first plate is setup to fit a 35" window with a little space on the ends. You can always print the extra piece if you need it longer or scale it down in your slicer if you need it smaller. Hopefully this simple item can help someone else and save their house from being eaten by dachshunds. I printed mine in PLA so it would be safer for the pet.
