Wobble Ring

Z Anti Wobble Rings, these can be used on most printers to reduce/eliminate Z banding.

Parts needed:
QTY:8 8mm diameter, 3mm tall Neodymium magnets
QTY:16 3mm high speed steel rod Cut to 12.2mm each. Can also use 3mm stainless steel rod, but ferrous rods are better.
QTY:4 heat set inserts (5.6mm diameter, 5mm tall, for 3mm bolt size)
QTY:4 4mm ball bearings

These will allow lateral movement from a bent lead screw. The motion is very smooth.

Note:
The TR8 lead screw nut must be mounted on the bottom and assembly mounted under the bracket.
